Mukilteo Powder Coating, Inc. is an automated full-service powder coating and sandblasting finisher.  We partner with our customers to understand application needs to maximize each project’s success.  We offer:

• In-house engineering and tool design to eliminate process problems before they happen,
• Pick-up and delivery in the Seattle Area from our Mukilteo WA facility,
• Production status/delivery schedule updates during all regular business hours,
• Media blasting, up to 9’h x 11’w x 23’l,
• Powder coating of parts up to 5’h x 3’w x 8’l on the conveyor line, and up to 9’h x 11’w x 23’l for batch powder coating,
• Masking, unmasking, and packaging to customer specifications,
• Large inventory of stock colors and custom colors available upon request,
• Additional value added processes including but not limited to:
  • Abrasive blasting, commonly known as sandblasting (garnet sand is standard; glass beads or other media upon request)
  • Burn off
  • Paint strip
  • Zinc phosphate
  • Calcium modified zinc phosphate
  • Iron phosphate
